In the Kid English with Turkan app (developer: Mehmet Akif Derebent) you can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, free of charge.
Deleting from within the app (recommended)
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Your account and the personal data linked to it are permanently deleted.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, write to us from the email address you used to create your account; we process your request within 30 days at the latest:
Data deleted and data kept
- Deleted: your account (email), your user ID and your personal records in the app.
- Kept: Purchase / invoice records may be kept by the store (Apple App Store / Google Play) due to legal and accounting obligations. Anonymous crash logs may remain in short-term backups and are deleted automatically when they expire.
Note: No personal data is kept for people who use the app without creating an account (anonymously); there is no account to delete.
